At Personalised by Emzi we understand the importance of a quick delivery, we try to dispatch all orders within 5 Working Days, but sometimes this may be slightly longer due to the time of the year.

All products include free delivery to the UK. These will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days)

We do offer an express option, where items will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days)

Returns

We hope you will be over the moon with your purchase. However occasionally there may be a requirement to exchange or return an item.

As all items will be personalised, these can't be returned or refunded however if there is an issue with your item please contact us and we will replace or refund the item for you.
